“Taiwan can help, Taiwan is helping!”. In the face of COVID-19 pandemic spreading all over the world, Taiwan is extending its helping hand to the international community, with the assistance of Taiwanese chamber of commerce in Thailand to the local community in Thailand is not lagging behind.

This time, with the sponsor of Thai Taiwanese companies Extreme Co., Ltd and Thai Ho Sheng Packing Co., Ltd to provide a number of self-manufactured medical and PPE materials, including masks, face shield, protective clothing, isolation gowns, and more, to provide local medical institutions in Thailand. Hoping to provide the most substantial assistance is the best backing for the frontline medical staff of medical institutions.。

On April 10 2020, spear headed by the president of Thai-Taiwan Business Association Youth League (TTBAY) Ms. June Yu, together with TTBAY honorary president Ms. Maggie Lin, TTBAY vice president Ms. Wendy Chi and TTBAY deputy secretary general Ms. Fany Hou, went to the Police General Hospital in Bangkok to donate personal protective equipment. Through practical actions to show the love of Taiwan in Thailand, through specific assistance to show that Taiwan can help. This charitable act fully demonstrates that pandemic prevention knows no borders, and it also demonstrates the spirit of Taiwanese expatriates in Thailand that they care about their overseas homes, are enthusiastic about community welfare, and work together for Thailand’s pandemic prevention work.
