The Philippine Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce (TAPYC) especially partnered with Ms. Cathy Ong from the Music and Art Center of the Philippine Cheng Kai Shek College to organize this carefully planned online cooking class for everyone in the Philippines.
Dongpo meat, salted egg yolk fried shrimp, and assorted stir-fried sotanghon, these three classic dishes of Chinese-Filipinos. In this lecture, Ms. Cathy Ong was specially invited to share her secret recipes. Through the online live lecture, the teaching experience is richer than directly watching YouTube teaching videos. Teacher Ong was able to interact in real time, and any questions during cooking was solved in time.
