Since assuming his post in Thailand on July 20, newly appointed Representative Amb. Peter Lan has been actively engaging with local associations and events, while also showing great interest in the development of young Taiwanese entrepreneurs in Thailand.
On August 14, he invited TTBAY executives and Overseas Community Affairs Division Chief Mr. Hsu Shih-Jung for a discussion. TTBAY President Mr. Huang Chi-Shuo, together with Honorary President Ms. Lin Yu-Hsin, Ms. Chi Yu-Ting, and Division Chief Mr. Chang Yu-Che, attended the meeting to exchange ideas and share experiences. Looking ahead, both parties expressed hopes of working together to strengthen economic, technological, educational, and cultural ties and cooperation between Taiwan and Thailand.
