During the Songkran Festival, TTBAY held the “2026 Songkran Festival: So Thai, So Fun!” event. In addition to the enthusiastic participation of young Taiwanese entrepreneurs based in Thailand, the event also attracted Taiwanese businesspeople and Junior Chamber friends from around the world to gather in Bangkok for this annual celebration combining culture and exchange.
Around 50 participants joined the event, coming from Taiwan as well as Vietnam, Malaysia, Sydney, Melbourne, Christchurch, Palau, Toronto, Los Angeles, Germany, and other regions.
The event kicked off with a welcome dinner on April 12, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. On April 13, the Songkran water-splash parade took place. All participants dressed in colorful floral shirts and formed an impressive convoy of six vehicles, traveling through the main streets of Bangkok. Along the way, they interacted warmly with the public and joyfully joined in the water-splashing celebration, bringing the atmosphere to its peak.
The event allowed Taiwanese businesspeople and Junior Chamber members from around the world to personally experience the festive culture and vibrant city energy of Thailand’s Songkran Festival.
This event not only demonstrated the strong participation and connection of young Taiwanese entrepreneurs within the international network, but also used festive culture as a bridge to deepen interpersonal interaction and emotional bonds between Taiwan and Thailand. It further strengthened the connectivity of the cross-border Junior Chamber community and laid a more flexible foundation for future diverse cooperation.
