[ASTCCJC News] Tribute to the former President Li – Father of Taiwan’s democracy, pioneer of southward policy On August 5, 2020, we apid respect and showed our gratefulness to Taiwan’s former President Li for promoting, consolidating, and deepening the roots of democracy in Taiwan. ASTCCJC president Ms. Maggie Lin、Vice President MS. Wendy Chi and Secretary-General of ASTCC Mr. Dean Wen went to the memorial venue at the representative office in Thailand to commemorate late President Li. Many representative offices or overseas Chinese education centers in Asia and around the world have memorial venues, and overseas Chinese can go to pay their respects by themselves.
